When she's not squid jigging, fishing, or cavorting through the woods picking wild things for her next meal, Becky Selengut is a private chef, author, humorist, and cooking teacher. A staff instructor for The Pantry Cooking School, Selengut is also a private chef and the author of five books including: Good Fish, Shroom, How to Taste, and Not One Shrine, an eating memoir from her time in Japan. In her spare time she co-hosts a comedy podcast called Look Inside This Book Club where she reviews only the free Look Inside samples of outrageous romance novels.
Chef JJ and his Taco Team are back with handmade tortillas, slow cooked meats and house-made pickled veggies and hot sauce. YUM! These nights are often busy and fun, so come early, bring friends you like to chat with and order a few Mexican beers or Cokes with lime.

Luigi Coppo, 4th generation winemaker of the Coppo winery, is coming to Bainbridge for a special engagement at Good Egg. Sponsored by Harbor Square Wineshop, join us for a tasting of five wines poured by the winemaker himself. Limited tickets available. Appetizers provided.
The Coppo winery was founded by Piero Coppo in 1892 in Canelli, the undisputed capital of Italy’s famed sweet, sparkling wine, Moscato d’Asti. After surviving two world wars, Piero’s son Luigi expanded the winery with improved equipment to produce other classic Piedmont varieties like Barbera and Nebbiolo to cater to a new post-war audience.
Coppo is probably best known as a Barbera d’Asti specialist, producing three distinct Barberas: L’Avvocata, Camp du Rouss, Pomorosso. To this day, the winery also produces a superb Moscato d’Asti, a bright Gavi, and a Chardonnay (Costebianche).
Today, Piero’s four grandsons, Piero, Gianni, Paolo and Roberto manage the company combining modern technology with traditional viticulture practices. With Max and Luigi Coppo entering the company, the family celebrates its fourth generation in business and re-dedicates itself to preserving the heritage of Piedmont viticulture.
Come for another great night of Chef JJ Johnson’s awesome food matched with Good Egg service. This time he’ll be preparing a family-style Moroccan feast for a single seating at 7:30pm. Reservations highly encouraged! The last Pop Up sold out! (206)201-3069
